Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of QLive services and define the responsibilities between QLive and clinics using the platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to QLive. We provide advanced digital tools and architectural systems designed for clinics to seamlessly manage patient queues and appointments. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this document.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By deploying, accessing, or utilizing the QLive platform within your clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

3. Services Provided

QLive engineers and maintains clinical operations software. Our core service deliverables include:

  • Live patient queue visibility systems and digital displays.
  • Appointment flow management logic and dashboard administration.
  • Automated WhatsApp notification tools for patient updates.
  • Smart clinical analytics and peak-hour data tracking dashboards.

4. User Responsibilities

As a clinic or healthcare administrator utilizing QLive, you agree to the following operational responsibilities:

  • Use the system responsibly and strictly for clinical queue management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and secure entry of all patient data (including phone numbers) inputted into the system.
  • Prevent the misuse, unauthorized distribution, or reverse-engineering of the QLive platform.

5. System Availability

QLive is engineered for high performance. We strive to provide maximum, reliable server uptime for our cloud-based infrastructure. However, due to the nature of web technologies and local network dependencies, we cannot absolutely guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

6. Payment Terms

Use of the QLive architecture is subject to standard financial agreements:

  • A one-time setup fee is required prior to the deployment of the chosen tier (Basic, Pro, or Premium).
  • A recurring monthly maintenance fee applies to cover server hosting, database stability, and WhatsApp API limits.
  • All payments must be completed as agreed upon in your deployment contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

QLive provides an operational tool to assist with patient flow; however, we do not practice medicine nor manage your clinic. QLive and its founders are not legally or financially responsible for internal operational decisions, patient care outcomes, or administrative disputes made by clinics using our system.

8. Termination

QLive reserves the right to suspend or entirely terminate your clinic's access to the services if the system is misused, if payment terms are violated, or if the platform is utilized for illicit activities. Clinics may also terminate their monthly maintenance agreements with a 30-day notice.

9. Changes to Terms

As our platform and capabilities evolve, these Terms of Service may be updated. We will notify active clinics of any significant changes. Continued use of the QLive system after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
