What's included

Ten things, all of them essential

Basic isn't a stripped-down trial. It's the complete queue loop — book, check in, take the fee, display, notify, track — with the analytics left out.

Your fee and your payment QR

Set your consultation fee from the desk. The fee screen shows the amount, a QR built from your own UPI ID with the amount already in it, and records whether they paid cash, UPI or card.

Why they have come

The complaint in the patient's own words plus a free-text note, so the doctor is not starting from a blank page. Professional adds medicines, allergies and prior treatment.

A time, not a position

Every patient is told when the doctor will see them, not where they stand in a line. That promise is the whole point of QLive, and it is in the cheapest plan.

Online appointment requests

Patients pick a free slot from their phone. Your receptionist accepts or declines it — nothing is confirmed behind your back, and an unanswered request never blocks a slot.

Fee confirmed before the token

After entering a patient, the desk is asked whether the fee has been paid. No means delete the entry or go back and settle it. Nobody reaches the waiting list unpaid.

Full patient history

Every visit the clinic has ever recorded, searchable by name or mobile number, with what each patient waited last time. Exportable to CSV.

Waiting-room displays

Connect any TV or monitor to show the token currently being served, plus the next two numbers. Patients read the room instead of asking about it.

WhatsApp auto-sync

A confirmation message the moment a patient checks in, then an automatic alert when they're three spots away from their turn.

Reception interface

Two buttons — Add patient and Next token. Deliberately simple, because a dashboard your staff avoid is a dashboard that failed.

Mobile ticket tracking

Patients open a secure link and see a live page with their token, the current number and an estimated wait. No app, no login.

Phone-number check-in & lookup

Patients are added by name and mobile number, which becomes their key to the whole system — they can look their token up on the counter screen or their own phone at any time, without carrying a slip of paper.

Architecture

Local network. Deliberately.

Basic runs inside your clinic rather than in the cloud. That's a real trade-off, and it's worth understanding before you choose.

What you gain

  • The desk and display keep working through an internet outage
  • Instant response — nothing round-trips to a server
  • Queue data stays on the premises

What you give up

  • Checking the queue from outside the clinic
  • Historical analytics and peak-hour insights
  • Custom workflow rules

WhatsApp alerts do need a connection — if your line drops, messages queue up and send when it returns.

Basic is right for you if…

  • One doctor consults at a time
  • One reception counter runs the queue
  • Your problem is crowd and confusion, not reporting
  • You want the lowest sensible starting cost

Consider Pro instead if…

  • You want to know your peak hours and consult times
  • Two people manage the queue at once
  • You'd like to check the clinic from your phone

What the ₹9,999 actually buys

  1. Configuration

Your clinic name, doctor, token rules and WhatsApp message wording, set up for you rather than handed over as a blank system.

  2. Installation on site

The desk dashboard on your reception machine, the display connected to your waiting-room screen, and the patient page tested on a real phone.

  3. Staff training

One sitting with whoever runs your counter. Two buttons takes about ten minutes to teach and about a day to become automatic.

  4. Handover & first live session

We stay reachable on WhatsApp while you run your first real morning on QLive, so anything unexpected gets sorted the same day.

Start with Basic. Upgrade when you need to.

Clinics move up to Pro when they want the numbers. Nothing is wasted — your setup, tokens and message templates carry across.
